Prepared B.checked.csv for Cedar-4 contract 2026-10-14.1 using the published importer contract. Parsed the TSV with Python’s CSV parser, renamed item, units, unit_price, and note to sku_code, order_units, unit_cost, and line_note, and serialized comma-delimited CSV with standard quotation escaping. The result is UTF-8 without BOM, uses LF record endings, and ends with an LF.

Validated all 510 data rows against the declared value rules and compared every output data cell with the source. Leading zeros, punctuation, quotation marks, and all 102 embedded LF notes are unchanged. The online checker reported ready with no issues and no additional changes. Original online responses are in outputs/B-tool-response.json. Unresolved ambiguity: none.
